Rent is paid by the 5th of the month to the account stated in the lease. Always use the reference number so the payment is matched correctly.
Yes, when agreed in advance in the lease. A pet does not increase the rent, but the apartment is inspected more carefully than usual when you move out.
All Tikkapuu apartments have been renovated recently. Any change is always agreed with the landlord in advance.
The deposit is returned within two weeks of the final inspection, once the keys are back and the rent is paid.
